Talking Tom and Friends

While working at People Moving Pixels I was leading a team of about 16 people whose focus was to fix up all the issues in the animation files that could generate problems during the rendering stage.

My main tasks were:

  • Teaching and supervising my team and troubleshooting any issue they may encounter.
  • Meet with external vendors and deal with their requests/queries.
  • Write, maintain and implement scripts (Python) that would allow optimizing the process.
  • Develop tools and workflows.
  • Interview new candidates.
  • Write and maintain documentation.
  • Overall support to all the studio’s departments.
  • Fixing assets, shaders and animation files.
